Ending business this year is phenomenally strong for many small business this year! Are you one of them? What is this Business Coach noticing as this year wraps-up? This year’s Business performance has been a mixed bag for some, but most are sharing how they have a strong year ending. The strategy they took on and lived into this year has given their business great strides.
Right Thoughts + Right Actions
= Business Success
As we are ending business this year, take a look at your progress or lack of it.
- Did you (and do you still) have right thoughts of what you need to do?
- Are you taking those right actions to support YOUR Business’s Performance and YOUR Success?
Yes, small businesses are extremely successful this year! Yet, I still witness some small business owners saying the economy is bad. This is great excuse to slack. Living with this thought won’t serve you well. By now we should have figured out how to adapt – we have in our personal lives and should in our professional endeavors as well.
Ending Business with Strong Profit
or Major Adjustments?
As the year is ending you are either ending with strong profit or considering changes – major adjustments. This is the other area I see coming through very strong this year. Small Business Owners, with under-performing business, are reaching out to make changes for next year. Some are starting at the beginning of redefining their business. Others are deciding to work on one specific aspect of their business. If your business isn’t profitable this year, what are you planning to do differently for next year’s performance to improve?
My Business’s Status Update: I’m ending business on a high note this year AND stepping up my strategies in two areas. Recently I added someone to my team to help me accomplish one of these goals. Remember: Even when there is success, there is always room for improvement!
