Dreaming bigger is a lost art. Somehow along the way, we have started working with constraints and accepting them as our potential. The few business owners who breakthrough this minimization of potential are the ones who become very successful. Their Business’s Performance is extra-ordinary because their approach and vision to success is extra-ordinary. Is yours?

Dreaming bigger… isn’t that wonderful?
Are you dreaming bigger? Big enough? Recently I heard Brendon Burchard discuss how SMART Goals aren’t smart. He addressed how limiting they are. Wow! This one resonated as true for me… he’s right!
When I work with clients who are unfamiliar with setting goals I introduce the concept of SMART Goals to them. Admittedly, I’ve never been a fan of SMART Goals. Why? I believe they don’t allow people to live into their potential. They don’t allow for the full-out playing of the game of potentiality, which is one of my favorite activities to do with my clients!
As the freshness of Spring is upon us or nearing, I ask you:
What one thing do you need to dream bigger about right now?
Now, get busy dreaming bigger and then living into your big dream.
TIP: If you already know how to actualize this dream, it’s not big enough!
