After a whole month of discussing purpose, I thought this quote would be a simple reminder of why business exist in the first place! Sometimes we get so caught up in the support activities to actualize this quote that we forget how eloquent our mission is. Yes, I said “we” because I too forget at times! I guess it’s an occupational hazard since I’m always help people with one business strategy or another 🙂  Let’s make it a point to remember this routinely… to create and keep a customer.
