Maggie’s Inquiry: How do you find resolution when there is indifference? Start by listening better 🙂

TUESDAY

Stephen R. Covey: Many people have been trained and scripted into defensive and protective communications.

Maggie’s Inquiry: Do you allow defensive people to have their say and move toward another solution altogether?

WEDNESDAY

Stephen R. Covey: Many meetings are a waste of time due to lack of preparedness.
