Currently I’m in the middle of this issue … with a new website and the transferring of this blog. So get ready to see this blog housed with in my website (www.BrilliantBreakthroughs.com). I assure you everything will be new, and most likely quite imperfect and unfinished as I will be adding to “build” it daily!!!
In the past when I created websites for my business an other organizations, we were able to work on it and get it all neat and pretty and then we released it… Now you just keep developing new stuff right in front of everyone. At first I had heartburn over this, why? Ego and pride – what would everyone think?And then I remembered…
I created this blog with the intention that you could see how a business owner evolves into a new business identity. Now I guess you will literally “see” what this looks like over the next 2 months as I build my new dynamic website to match our new focus… Can’t wait to see what it will look like! Hope you embrace all this with me 🙂

Imperfect action is better than no action. I like it. More bosses should think about that when discussing actions with employees.
