Lunchtime Business Strategy: All workers are accountable – even CEOs are accountable to their board. Are you being accountable or hiding?

WEDNESDAY

Peter Drucker: Responsible workers are internally responsible for their level of commitment, which ultimately leads to personal achievement.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: You are the “captain of your destiny”? Do you make professional development goals for yourself? If not, start today.

THURSDAY

Peter Drucker: If you don’t like the results you are responsible for, get another job.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Is your spirit and/or mojo lacking? Do you need to find another professional avenue for yourself?

FRIDAY

Peter Drucker: Every worker should conduct themselves as a manager of the business – wanting to perform at the best possible levels.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Support your business by being the best individual contributor you can be. If you do this well, it impacts your business exponentially 🙂
