TUESDAY

Peter Drucker: Prime Business Ethic: “First Do No Harm”.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Identify areas where your business may unintentionally inflicting harm. Clean it up ASAP!

WEDNESDAY

Peter Drucker: The management of people is a “marketing job”.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: When making change happen, consider how your staff needs/wants to hear how the changes which will impact them.

THURSDAY

Peter Drucker: Know what each one of your staff members wants. Then, create satisfying challenges for them to achieve it.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Everyone is motivated by different things.  Identify 2 things each of your staff members want and create challenges for them to get it.

FRIDAY

Peter Drucker: Identify 10 reasons why workers would want to work for your organization.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: OK, people can love you, but it is even better when they want to work for the organization. Ponder this!
