Do you know what makes you unique?
What do you (and your business) do differently or better?
Last week I was having lunch with a women who asked me, “How does a person know when they have something really cool to offer?” This was a little different than the typical, “How do you know when to start a business?” You see, she had already stated the first clue… “Something really cool (or different)” to offer folks significantly impacts a business’s sales.
Now this was a real gift to me because I’m revamping my offerings and website to be relaunched in late July. Most of you already know there may only be a handful of bones in my body that are orthodox, which leaves me with plenty of opportunity for “unique” 🙂 But what about you?
The business sector is changing drastically now and thanks to the internet small businesses are being birthed and beautifully blossoming in a very short period of time. The key to all this success is the unique aspect… but, where does that come from?
It comes from within you! Remember that song we all sang as kids, “this is my little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine… all the time”? When I work with my clients I consider this to be a very important song to help them draw out what is unique and what they can do better than others. How can I say that you “do it better”? Well, if it’s your birthright or sacred gifts chances are you have been serving in this capacity your whole life – and that makes you an expert!
Your Business Rescue Coach Discovery Strategy:
- What do you enjoy doing?
- What do you naturally and effortlessly do? (example: some people love shopping and others are depleted from shopping)
- What assistance would people be willing to pay for?
- How could you make their need and your sacred service connect?
- What can you do to make this connection provide something that is really sweet, to your potential customers, that isn’t being addressed by others? You know, something really different and in the manner only you can provide.
