Business Strategy & Tip: Week 6/9/2014

Business Strategies & Tips for Next Week!

Business Strategy: Your 1st Step Matters
Business Strategy: Your 1st Step Matters

“Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just the first step.”
~ Martin Luther King, Jr.

Application of this Business Strategy for YOU:

This quote is a great one for everyone! Why? Regardless of who we are, or what we are doing, we will always have a new first step of something which will call us forward. It’s in taking that first step, in whatever it is, that is the most important. Your first step is the one that anchors your “YES!” for change. This particular change is calling you because it has offered you a first step. If you weren’t ready for this particular change, you wouldn’t even be able to see the first step. Yes, I am saying you wouldn’t even notice there is a step there waiting for you.

Business Strategy to optimize your leadership or business performance:

This week, do a 15 minute assessment of your business to identify which first steps are presenting themselves for you to take and grow into your YES! for success 🙂 Then prioritize which one is first. If you like this business strategy, than review at your personal life and do the same.

Here’s Some Supporting Quotes to Ponder YOUR Business Strategy…

” First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.” ~ Epictetus

“Men do less than they ought, unless they do all they can.”
~ Thomas Carlyle

“Never let inexperience get in the way of ambition.” ~ Terry Josephson

  1. Great quote as always!!! I recently when on a mini-vacation to do my 15 minute assessment (took about 3 hours to do the assessment–15 min wasn’t look enough for me!). Now I’m back on track, after a lengthy delay in plans. Yea, for assessments –they do help you get back on track!
