Business Strategy: Preparation

YOUR BUSINESS RESCUE COACH ASKS YOU:
Are you prepared for whatever comes next?

Curious how to eliminate stress?

Captain at the Helm

Smooth Sailing

Are your best business strategies letting you down? Seems like many business owners are missing a very important step to keep their ship sailing to their destination without sheer and utter chaos! Hopefully, you aren’t letting “being unprepared” occur while you are at the helm 🙂

Just recently it appears there is a lot of activity occurring which is delaying people from progressing, especially effortlessly! I keep hearing phrases of “pretty close to chaos here”, “don’t know which way is up”, “I’m under water”, or “I can’t seem to find my way out of this mess”! Different businesses, each with different circumstances – most could have been prevented.

Your Business Rescue Coach’s “4 Ps” Business Strategy for Success:
Planning Prevents Poor Performance

There are 2 Keys to Preparation:

  1. Being at least one step ahead of the game you are playing.
  2. Having a back-up plan if your ideal situation goes belly-up!

Ask any wedding planner and they will tell you this is quite factual 🙂

Begin by taking a look at what’s on your calendar for the week. Start blocking off time to do all the necessary prep work to support your success. Then do the same task, except this time do it for each and every day.  If you do this you will be smooth sailing versus getting caught in murky waters! Start today, begin planning out what needs to occur for tomorrow’s success.
