Business Strategy: Gift of Purpose

“There is no greater gift you can give or receive than to honor your calling. It’s why you were born. And how you become most truly alive.”

~Steve Jobs

Application of this Business Strategy for YOU:

Regardless if you are a Business Leader of your own business or a large organization, this business strategy regarding purpose applies to you! Let’s look at this for just a moment this week. Perhaps a little everyday…

Do you clearly know your calling/your vocation?

When someone steps into their calling either personally or professionally, it is undeniable to all who observe this phenomena of high performance and/or “being lucky”, as some would say. Why do certain people appear lucky or charmed? It usually is because they have stepped into fulfilling their purpose and everything just seems to flow effortlessly for them.

Well, you can have this too! It’s not just for the elected few; however, few tend to allow themselves the time and thought process to go through this discovery process. Here’s the good news: you can do it without selling all your worldly possessions and moving to a monastery or ashram. Just keep paying attention to what you are doing, how effortless it is, and how much impact it is offering others. Clue: When it is your Purpose, it will inspire you instead of drain you! Once you have enough insights, start exploring through research and conversations to learn more how to step into your  Higher Purpose or vocation. Need help exploring this further? Just reach out!

I know it might not seem like a business strategy, but it is as it shows up in productivity levels and the business’s overall organizational success!

  1. Just love these quotes!! But what happens when good luck isn’t showing up for you, when you truly feel you’ve found your passion? There are times lately, that I feel the devil on my doorstep trying to keep me down (metaphorically speaking). Still working through all this war of art in my life….would love to hear your insights on this concept.

    1. Thanks for the kudos on the quotes – they are excellent! As for the timing of success… well, there’s lots to say about that. Perhaps there is something needing to be experienced first before “getting Lucky” or sometimes there is another thing or two you should get in place so you can handle the greater demand coming your way. And this seems to be a biggy: some people need to take the time to get their personal life taken care of and get in a healthy routine of self-care. I’ve seen it be for several different reasons… and then there’s the good old Divine Timing instead of ours and patience. Perhaps I should write bout this more in the near future. Thanks for suggesting this. I accept the invitation 🙂 Hang in there~ Keep true to Right Action to Support Success!

      1. Great insights–thank you! Indeed after reviewing my current life, I realize that it just may be divine timing –which is allowing me to go at a steady pace, rather than frantic! Gotta love the Divine –it knows best, doesn’t it?!
