Are your 4th Quarter objectives achieved yet?

Are your best business strategies letting you down? Can you believe that it’s already the mid-point for the 4th quarter of 2012? Wow! This will be a short post as so many of us are either already vacationing, about to vacation or do the big gathering thing, or gearing up the retail season to end all retail seasons! I just want to take a moment to give thanks to you for allowing me to share some of my wisdom with you via this blog. May you have much continued success!
OK, there’s still 6 weeks left in the year to accomplish whatever it is you seek to accomplish – that’s the good news! You even have this little reminder post to suggest you take 30 minutes out this week, hopefully today, to explore where your, your team’s, and your business’s performance is in relation to where it needs to be this last quarter of the year.
Even if it appears you may not achieve your annual goal for this year, meeting or beating your 4 quarter goal is quite an accomplishment and will generate a great deal of momentum moving into 2013. Oooops! I just revealed I don’t think the world is going to end in a month… so we better make sure to buy a Christmas gift or two, plan how we will succeed this year, AND create a strategy plan for 2013’s success!
