Business Rescue Coach: Appearances may be deceiving and catch up with business. Be authentic, relaxed, and provide outstanding service.

FRIDAY

Stephen R. Covey: When you make a mistake, admit it, correct it, and learn from it – immediately. Don’t ever argue for it.

Business Rescue Coach: Mistakes are what I call learning blips. What are you learning that still needs you to perfect it? Stay with it until you do!
