YOUR Business Rescue Coach’s
10 Brilliant Business Strategies for Next Week!

Have you ever wondered what you should be focusing on? What a brilliant Business Strategist might say to you to help you with your business strategies for growth and prosperity? Well, the good news is you don’t have to wait any longer, how about 2 brilliant strategists to help you?!?

Every Friday,  now my non-Twitter followers can have the same competitive advantage, even without tweeting capabilities 🙂 Each Friday I share with you my list of 10 tweets for the following week (5 from the “Grandfather of Modern Business”, Peter F. Drucker,  and 5 from me as Lunchtime Business Strategies) to help you with practical and tactical topics to ponder and take action on for greater successes. I suggest you print out the list 🙂

Follow the Leader

Top 10 Business Strategies to Ponder & Act Upon:

MONDAY

Peter Drucker: A leader is someone who has followers.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Pay attention to who follows you.  You are leading them. Are you setting good examples for them?

TUESDAY

Peter Drucker:  A leader is someone who knows that popularity is not leadership – results are.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: The number of people  who “love you” doesn’t matter, effectiveness does! Effective leaders are results oriented, are you?

WEDNESDAY

Peter Drucker:  A leader is someone who is highly visible and sets examples for others.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Effective leaders live by example – and when necessary they use words 🙂 Do you set great examples for your observers?

THURSDAY

Peter Drucker:  A leader is someone who knows that leadership is not rank, privilege, titles, or money – it is responsibility.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: A leader’s rank, privilege, titles, and money typically are a reflection of their responsibility. Are yours? Are your teams?

FRIDAY

Peter Drucker: Effective leaders don’t just master delegation, from time to time they also do each of the tasks they delegate.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Want to gain the respect of customers and your staff? Figure out how you can get your hands “dirty” at least once a day!
