Winning Business Strategies

Have you ever wondered what you should be focusing on? What a brilliant Business Strategist might say to you to help you with your business strategies for growth and prosperity? Well, the good news is you don’t have to wait any longer, how about 2 brilliant strategists to help you?!?

Every Friday,  now my non-Twitter followers can have the same competitive advantage, even without tweeting capabilities 🙂 Each Friday I share with you my list of 10 tweets for the following week (5 from the “Grandfather of Modern Business”, Peter F. Drucker,  and 5 from me as Lunchtime Business Strategies) to help you with practical and tactical topics to ponder and take  action on for greater successes. I suggest you print out the list 🙂

Top 10 Business Strategies to Ponder & Act Upon:

MONDAY

Peter Drucker:  Face your own reality. What threats are you avoiding? Put a plan in place today to solve these problems.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: When was the last time you assessed what your greatest threats are to your business’s success?

TUESDAY

Peter Drucker:  List your business’s core values. Assess if you and your top leaders consistently demonstrate them.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Take time to write down your business’s core values and share them with your team.

WEDNESDAY

Peter Drucker:  A CEO’s duty is to remain objective and impartial to their staff so they can make the best decisions for the business.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: “It’s lonely at the top.” Why? Good CEOs understand friendships don’t assist the performance of people. How lonely are you?

THURSDAY

Peter Drucker:  Focus on your team’s performance and character, not on whether you like them.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Remember, regardless of how much you enjoy someone on your team it all boils down to “Are they effectively performing?”

FRIDAY

Peter Drucker: No organization can do better than the people it has.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: People are your greatest asset. If they aren’t performing best, what can you do to change that immediately?
