Winning Business Strategies

Have you ever wondered what you should be focusing on? What a brilliant Business Strategist might say to you to help you with your business strategies for growth and prosperity? Well, the good news is you don’t have to wait any longer, how about 2 brilliant strategists to help you?!?

Every Friday,  now my non-Twitter followers can have the same competitive advantage, even without tweeting capabilities 🙂 Each Friday I share with you my list of 10 tweets for the following week (5 from the “Grandfather of Modern Business”, Peter F. Drucker,  and 5 from me as Lunchtime Business Strategies) to help you with practical and tactical topics to ponder and take  action on for greater successes. I suggest you print out the list 🙂

Top 10 Business Strategies to Ponder & Act Upon:

MONDAY

Peter Drucker: Good intentions are not always socially responsible.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: If your good intention deters you from keeping your business properly functioning, it is socially irresponsible.

TUESDAY

Peter Drucker: Every business must assume responsibility for impacting employees, environment, customers, and whomever and whatever it touches.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Do your philanthropic activities align with your business’s mission? Do you support others wisely?

WEDNESDAY

Peter Drucker: Authority without responsibility is illegitimate: but so is responsibility without authority- both lead to tyranny.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: How closely does authority and responsibility align in each position of your business? Immediately assess this and tighten the gap.

THURSDAY

Peter Drucker: Be aware: economic booms bring financial predators, as well as prosperity.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Success breeds corruption. Do you have a strong backbone to say “No” when the vultures appear?

FRIDAY

Peter Drucker: Do not separate personal values of right and wrong from the values you put into practice at work.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Businesses are created by, and for, humans and need human core values infused into them on a regular basis.
