10 Brilliant Business Strategies for Next Week!

Have you ever wondered what you should be focusing on? What a brilliant Business Strategist might say to you to help you with your business strategies for growth and prosperity? Well, the good news is you don’t have to wait any longer, how about 2 brilliant strategists to help you?!?

Every Friday,  now my non-Twitter followers can have the same competitive advantage, even without tweeting capabilities 🙂 Each Friday I share with you my list of 10 tweets for the following week (5 from the “Grandfather of Modern Business”, Peter F. Drucker,  and 5 from me as Lunchtime Business Strategies) to help you with practical and tactical topics to ponder and take action on for greater successes. I suggest you print out the list 🙂

Top 10 Business Strategies to Ponder & Act Upon:

MONDAY

Peter Drucker: Very few if any business’s ideas are truly innovative – new and satisfying a customer need.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Do you have an idea that can blossom into a new business? If so, it may be your innovative idea.

TUESDAY

Peter Drucker: Prediction of future events is futile. Making the future happen is the big pay-off!

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Do you anticipate what your customers’ needs are? Do you create products and services to meet their needs?

WEDNESDAY

Peter Drucker: Do not try to predict your business’s future; instead, manage what is there and work to create a grander future.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Look for futuristic opportunities in and outside your industry and decide to become an opportunist.

THURSDAY

Peter Drucker: Successful innovators are conservative. They are not risk-focused but rather opportunity-focused.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Which news ideas create the greatest opportunity and the least risk for your business. Focus your resources there immediately.

FRIDAY
