Top 10 Business Strategies to Ponder & Act Upon:

MONDAY

Peter Drucker:  Business Owners see change as the norm and healthy- always searching for change, responding to it, and exploiting it as an opportunity.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Do you ALWAYS have your eyes wide open for something different to help your business grow?

TUESDAY

Peter Drucker:  Understand the difference between change and fad. Change is something people do and fad is something people talk about.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Whenever in doubt of determining change or fad- just think about “The Paris Hilton Effect” minimal change, but a lot of talk!

WEDNESDAY

Peter Drucker: You must identify whether change is an opportunity or threat to your business.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: If a change is a threat to your business, don’t allow it to keep you prisoner. Break free and create your own identity!

THURSDAY

Peter Drucker: Don’t dismiss new ideas to bring change because they are different than you had originally expected.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Often times the most unique products/services are ones that no one ever saw coming… be very open-minded.

FRIDAY

Peter Drucker: Test all your innovations in a pilot program before opening them to your full customer base.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Always find a couple of clients or partners to test pilot all your new adventures to perfect it before releasing it to your customers.
