Every Friday,  now my non-Twitter followers can have the same competitive advantage, even without tweeting capabilities 🙂 Each Friday I share with you my list of 10 tweets for the following week (5 from the “Grandfather of Modern Business”, Peter F. Top 10 Business Strategies to Ponder & Act Upon:

MONDAY

Peter Drucker: The “Bottom Line” measures business performance rather than management performance.

TUESDAY

Peter Drucker: Your business’s performance today is from former decisions of prior management and may not reflect new management’s true performance.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: When assessing management’s effectiveness, it’s critical to assess their skills and capabilities – not the business’s performance.

WEDNESDAY

Peter Drucker: Assessing management performance should focus on four areas: Appropriating capital, people decisions, innovation, and strategies versus performance.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Create a new performance review for your management team to evaluate how well they: appropriate capital, people decisions, innovation, and strategies versus performance.

THURSDAY

Peter Drucker:  Conduct a management audit of yourself and your direct reports.

Lunchtime Business Strategy: Do you allow your direct reports to assess you?
