YOUR Business Rescue Coach invites you
to the movies:
THIS IS A SPECIAL HOLIDAY SEASON POST instead of my regular Monday topic. Why? I want you to be able to enjoy the Spirit of this most Precious Holiday Season and hopefully watch a fabulous movie to warm your heart (even a little more), and then infuse 3 points from this movie into your business right away!
What can the movie, “The Polar Express” (2004) teach us about business?
This 2004 movie brought a new experience to children and adults alike: a completely suspense-filled Christmas movie. It just didn’t stop until the very last scene and yet it was absolutely warm-hearted 🙂
“The Polar Express” BUSINESS STRATEGY #1
LEADERSHIP: Great Leaders Make Good Decisions
One of the children has the panache to speak her mind and make good decisions which will be beneficial for everyone. She thinks before she suggests a new action. Do you? Tip: Take enough time to consider all possibilities before you speak and move into your next action.
“The Polar Express” BUSINESS STRATEGY #2
TRUST: Do What You Know You Must
One of the children has a history of being disappointed. He learns the importance of new possibilities as he learns to do what he must and then… trust all will be well. Do you? Tip: Patience is the twin of trust. Breathe deeply, more often, and allow the natural order of things to occur.
“The Polar Express” BUSINESS STRATEGY#3
MODESTY: Appropriate Behavior Is Key To Successful Business
One of the children is in need of more attention, as he always has his mouth going and telling everyone everything he knows. Unfortunately, he has no idea how annoying he is as he tries to make sure everyone understands how smart he is. How often have you done this? Tip: Sometimes the wisest of us all have very little to say. Listen more and you will know what is best to share.
“The Polar Express” BONUS BUSINESS STRATEGY
BELIEVE: Believe Everything You Know And Have Done Are Important To Help You Being Successful With Each Next Step You Take!
NOTE: If you are trying to find some great movies to watch during the Holidays, look at the right hand column on this site and click on the category titled “Movie Reviews”. There 20 movies (of all sorts) to scout out 🙂
Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays Everyone!
