Action + Accomplishment = Success!

I read the wonderful quote below many many moons ago and have always kept it close by. Yes, it’s that important!

Successful men and women keep moving.
They make mistakes, but they don’t quit.

As Business Leaders it is crucial that we submit ourselves to right action. What makes right action as a Business Leader? Action which will support our success. Action which will support our businesses success?

What type of Action will assure Success?

Well the real answer, but most coaches won’t tell you, is “got me?!?!” for we never really know what it is until it appears! However there are always some practical aspects which tend to be good practices to move you in the right direction.

Sometimes those “foundational” exercises to help you build a business really do deliver the gusto they have to offer – for those who really stick with it long enough. Are you one of those people? Do you have such a specific purpose for your business that when you say it you don’t place yourself amidst a ton of competition? Is it so specific that you actually create no competition for yourself. If your Purpose statement is so precise, congrats! You are on a role and that most likely guides you to take right action 🙂

Right Action requires you to always be moving toward determining which action (s) will assist you in accomplishing your goals. This also means that sometimes the action you take won’t deliver the results you seek. Guess what? It happens- more often than most people choose to own. Yet, some of the biggest names in Motivational and Self-Improvement Speakers opening share how they did right action and reap the rewards, and then they took another action and didn’t have success at all! Yet, they all reveal they learned tremendously which action or actions support success and which actions didn’t.

Right Action, Accomplishment, Success CAUTION:

All businesses and Business Leaders are not created equally! Each business has it’s own sweet spot. Sometimes you find it right away and other times it take a while through right and not-so-right action. It’s really an experiment! That’s why Conrad Hilton says, successful people make mistakes, but the don’t quit.

Right Action to Secure Success

My question to you: Where is it that you believe you need to do some more experimenting actions to move toward success? Clue: it may be the one thing you are always avoiding!
