This article, even though it is a little academic at first, give 5 great tips to help you remember that you need to move out of your comfort zone to broaden your horizons and grow your business!  Probably 10 years ago I heard that as people age, they tend to continue to read the same things, talk about the same things and that this monotony actually decays our mental health. Why? We aren’t creating new neuron paths, which fortify our mental capacity and allow us to utilize more of our brain versus continue to do the same thing, think the same things and follow the same path.

Amazing isn’t it? Our brains show us that if we are not exploring new things, our businesses and careers are in the process of decay versus expansion! I love this 🙂 The five tips that John Hagel III and John Seely Brown share are priceless!
