Business Strategy: 4 Ways to Improve YOUR Sales in the Next 35 Days

This is a wonderful time of the year for you to activate proven business strategies for your business’s success. This week we tend to be on the threshold of summer activities winding down and back to school activities starting up. Have you ever noticed how everyone, even if they don’t have children, is getting back into a routine this time of the year? How does this apply to your business?

3 Reasons Why You Should Focus On Improving Sales Right Now:

First: This is the time of the year everyone naturally re-focuses on accomplishing their goals and becomes more willing to buckle down to manifest their dreams or goals into their reality.

Second: People are ready to invest in change at this time of the year. It means that you should be marketing in a new manner or campaign to move their attention to your offerings and secure their purchase. Are you ready to increase your revenue?

Third: Most of the time business owners forget that September is the last month of the 3rd Quarter. Depending on your business, this may be the last opportunity you have to gain new customers and their business before the Holidays and the end of the year.

This week’s Business Strategy from Your Business Rescue Coach:

  1. Assess your revenue according to your forecasted plan. Are you on track for your revenue this year? Are you on track for this quarter? Determine what your revenue goal is by September 30th. Now, “mind the gap” – pay attention to the gap of where you are today to where you would like to be!
  2. Assess your marketing plan for the balance of the year. Do you have a powerful visibility plan for September to boost your sales? Then, what do you have planned for after September, is it different enough to gain repeat business?
  3. Brainstorm: What new concept, idea, process, product could you bring to your customers to “wow” them? Now, don’t get too outrageous here, but remember: it’s always the idea that isn’t already typical for your industry that will appeal to your customers the most!
  4. Remember: Customer Service Matters. Get creative. Come up with something new to let them know you care  about them and value them.
