Business Resource: The secret to success: feedback Article

YOUR Business Rescue Coach asks:
Are you aware of the things you don’t know?
Feedback can make or break you professionally!

Feedback
Allowing feedback to improve your game
Many folks don’t like feedback… really, who does? Well, actually, the most successful people do and they even ask for more!

Let me explain further. Do you know all of what you don’t know? Of course you don’t, no one does! This is why feedback, especially when it is delivered appropriately and constructively, can make you very successful 🙂

I was rather surprised when one of my clients responded with confusion that I have a coach… I inquired to their confusion and they said, “Why do you need a coach?” My response was quite simple, ” I don’t know what I don’t know and I need someone else to show me better ways or the best possible approach to things!” She was surprised and then she understood.

There’s a great deal of wisdom held by many folks, are you willing to ask for assistance? If so,you will be much more successful!.

I am going to have you go the an excellent article on this topic because I couldn’t say this any better than the article written by Steve Tobak. (See how I know he can do this more justice than I can? You deserve the best on this topic so I refer you to his wisdom.)
