OK, now we are on a roll! You probably just finished learning and answering the questions “What do you do?/How do you do that?” from the last posting. If not, go ahead and complete that now as it will assist you with this today’s discovery…

Today we are focusing on
“Why do you do that (what you do professionally)?”

Let’s take a moment to ponder this… why do you do what you do? What is it that gets you excited about sharing your expertise with the world? I know, this seems like a Miss USA Pageant question, but it is the crux of why you get up in the morning. Let me ask it another way: Out of all the challenges people face in the world, what is the one (or maybe two) thing you would like to diminish or eradicate via your solutions?

Let me share how this pondering has played out for some folks:

A) Challenge:  25% of homeless people are Military Veterans
A) Solution to a better world: Help vets translate their military careers into civilian language so they can get a decent wage to live in dignity.

B) Challenge: People are in uncharted territory regarding ______________.
B) Solution: Create an online and/or in-person approach to connect them to the knowledge they need to be successful at _____________.

Now, it’s your turn! What is the challenge you would like to eradicate? Note: This is a process where you address reality in the challenge and you address your optimistic utopia in the solution- yes, the castle in the sky 🙂

2. My solution to a better world: Teach and educate Business Leaders new business strategies to effectively build successful business that are filled with peaceful productivity, as well as profitable and enjoyable.
