Business Strategy seem to be pushed aside, often times with logic 🙂 as we strive to build
high performing business. I don’t know why – it just is. I have a questions for you, “When was the last time you got excited when spring emerged, or summer began, what about football season starting, or even the big holiday kick-off?” I imagine your answer was often! Most people like experiencing this freshness and being allured by something new, right? Then why not give it to them?
New beginnings, or even face-lifts on older offerings provide you an opportunity to share with your customers that you are cutting edge and understand the need to keep their mouths salivating for whatever it is you sell. It’s rather interesting that the research reveals that if you have loyal customers, and you dangle something new and shiny in from of them which will provide them some value… sales will be yours! This is just so simple and cool 🙂
Business Strategy Action Item for YOU:
- Review your top producing products and services. How long has it been since it had a fresh look? Consider giving them a face-lift!
- What high profit margin product or service do you sell that isn’t moving like it should? Consider giving it a face-lift!
Business Rescue Coach’s Tip: Don’t make this business strategy complicated or time consuming, just fresh to have everyone do a double-take 🙂 AND wait and see what I am doing with this concept as I will continue to roll out more for you on my revamped website over the next month (still taking time time to recover from my shoulder-arm-hand injury)!
