Let’s share what we do, whether it is on the Doc’s list or not to keep our energy levels high throughout a workday and how we rejuvenate ourselves by sharing in the comment section. I’ll start: I go outside as often as I can through the day. In the summer, instead of doing a water-cooler chat, I go weed the gardens for 15-20 minutes- it clears my head, gets me outside for some fresh air, and helps with the yard work! How about you?
