Happy Season’s Greetings! Isn’t this a great time of year… all the anticipation of little ones, and us big ones too, awaiting for the Christmas Magic to occur. Yet, in reality we know that it happens everyday – we just need to be more aware of it as it unfolds in front of us!
YOUR Strong Finish for This Year
How is your business unfolding right before you eyes as we finish this calendar year? Are you looking at this year and expressing your appreciation for all who made it what it was? Or, are you praying for God to finish this year up right now… already?!?
Regardless if it played out the way you intended or not, whether it was successful, or if you experienced a great deal to assure even grander success next year – it’s all good! I’ve learned from clients, and my own experience, that it will set you up for a fabulous next year… if you see AND allow it as such! So the good news is: even if you didn’t finish this year as your most profitable, you have the opportunity to finish strong with lessons to apply right away next year 🙂
Too Pooped to Finish Strong?
OK, I admit that for many people it was a bumpy year and it may not be finishing with a bang! Any yet for some, it was much more than ever before! As you know I was set back considerably with my motorcycle crash in April, which still impacts a great deal of how I move and my business’s production numbers… but all it is well. How so? I am healthy and much wiser about my business’s vision and direction.
- Did something or someone give you some push-back this year?
- Did you allow it to take you down for the count for just the right amount of time or did it linger just a little too long?
- Are you utilizing this experience to help you finish this year strong as you set up your next year to be the best… ever? (I know it sounds a little cheese-y, but 2014 has the possibility of being the best year ever if you take steps right now to make it happen!)
If you are all pooped out and ready to finish this year right where it is… I suggest you reconsider this choice! Why? Most likely your customer wants to make a change for next year to be their best year ever and you can have offerings to help them finish this year strong with all of your offerings! It truly doesn’t matter if you are a massage therapist, author, an IT guy, or consultant… everyone needs you, and your assistance, now or at the beginning of next year right away 🙂
So what does “Finish the Year Strong” really mean to YOU?
Let’s start with the obvious: to generate as much revenue and profit yet this year of course! But, what it that isn’t your reality – no matter how much your would push right now? What do you do then? Create special offerings for your ideal customers to kick of the new year with a bang might be a pretty good idea, huh?
Think about it, how many of your competitors have already thrown in the towel, nestled in for a long winter’s night, and are hoping they can survive until late January or February? Probably quite a few… are you one to them too?
- Now you have the opportunity to make an irresistible offer to your clients/ideal customers?
- What is on their mind right now… right now?
- What is it that they don’t want to repeat next year?
Do yourself a grand favor – give yourself and your business a royal gift this year and create an offering to address the above questions and watch this year end strong and next year start booming immediately… while others slumber! You may be able to finish two years strong with one offering being shared when your clients least expect it 🙂
