Do you have a credible teacher, mentor, or coach?
Most people don’t, and they simply don’t want to admit it!

If this is you- begin to make changes by starting with reading this blog and take action this week 🙂
If you answer these questions without solid assurance that you have a credible mentor, teacher, and or coach, you may be hindering your own performance! Yep, you might like the bloggers you are following, the trainers you are learning from and/or you might really like your mentor or coach, BUT do you like them because they challenge you OR because they are not giving you the real obstacles in your business to correct?
Are you sure they are and have “the right stuff”
OR
do they know how to market themselves as your guru?
Most folks don’t like having their feet held to the fire, especially owners/leaders/managers/entrepreneurs! Do yourself and business a great favor and find someone who will risk getting fired by you every single time you speak and learn with/from them!
Now here’s the real gist of it: Chances are, if they are telling you all the stuff you really need to hear, you won’t like them and you are not working on the real issues that impact your and your business’s success!
So what are you going to do?
Take a moment and read this blog, the author is pretty good! Even though I don’t 100% agree with everything he always writes, he is good and brings this topic home in a different way. After you are done reading his blog, I suggest you take time to assess if you have the right team in place to assist you and your business in accomplishing your goals. The clock is ticking and this year is ending soon and another beginning shortly! NOW is the time to start getting the necessary changes in place.
