Successful Business Ownership conjures all sorts of images for Business Owners. Now here’s what matters: Do you see it as an absolute possibility for you? Everyone talks about being a successful business owner, but what does it mean? Does it mean Your Business is profitable? Does it mean that you are creating goodwill? Does it mean your always busy or can take multiple vacations a year?

A successful business has its Business Performance Indicator reveal it is profitable. However, this isn’t always the case. Yet, it’s a good standard. When I work with clients I often see them trying to create a greater profit margin by cutting expenses. Yet, there’s a much easier way to be profitable – focus on your top line (generating more revenue). If you do it well, you’ll be able to have more free time!
