Change Requires Action from Business Leaders
“When we are not longer able to change a situation-
we are challenged to change ourselves.”
~Victor E. Frankl
Change requires action… and another action… etc. until you create a new reality. Does this sounds familiar at all? Often, I see Business Leaders and Business Owners give up. Sometimes they just stop right before the final actions are in place to bring about the change they seek. Too often they stop just short of “making it”.
Oh, I guess there’s another situation that Business Leaders and Business Owners do, or “don’t do”. Every now and then I work with clients who absolutely refuse to do the one thing which will deliver the results they are seeking. This always baffles me. Wow, people are pretty dang good at self-sabotage!
If only they could see how change requires action from us. And once we finally do surrender, we become a better version of who we are. It’s when we accept this invitation that not only our business transforms but we do as well. The business becomes a better performer by new actions being taken. The results are extra revenue and great profits. We, as people, perform better when we take new actions. The results are called success. Are you ready to make new actions to bring about your desired change?
