Do you know what Your Marketplace “Leader”
had to do to get there and/or stay there?
The leader may have new and shiny shoes, but do you know what they had to do to acquire them? Do you really want to walk in their shoes? Do you really want to experience all their highs and lows which allowed them to become the leader? You may not have to, but do you really want to set aside the things which matter the most to you to be the leader?
Is being the leader the key to your success?
What if there is another way? What if you can “have it all” without giving up all the elements to be “successful” by your definition? What if there is a different way… what if you can do it in a healthier way that brings you satisfaction, peace, and prosperity?
What if you already know what it is, regardless of whether you have been pursuing it or not? What if you don’t know what “it” is? What if you have already tried “it” and it didn’t stick or succeed?
What if you don’t even have your vision or goals defined yet?
Ready? … this is a biggie … It doesn’t matter!!!! You can do it any way you want and become the leader of doing business, your way, according to your personal business success design. That’s right, if you can envision it, you can do it! One of the classic singers of all time, Frank Sinatra, made a fortune from his one song of telling the world that he “Did It My Way!” and we thought it was fabulous! What is your way to “success”? Perhaps you don’t know just yet or perhaps you don’t know how. That’s OK, others can help you with that!
Don’t give up!!!You, as a small to medium business owner or leader of your organization, don’t need to give up anything! More importantly, you must focus on gaining… customers, innovative ways of conducting your business, financial resources, and talent to make the dream come to life 🙂 For many this is uncharted territory – that’s OK.
