During this Business Strategy Session let’s ponder what’s happening with your marketing machine. Now that the dust has settled from all the Super Bowl commercial buzz, it’s probably a little easier to reflect of some good and not so good maketing. Let’s waste no time and get to work!
3 Fundamental Marketing Keys
Tip 1: Your business name and/or product needs to be predominant through your advertising and/or marketing efforts.
Wisdom: This assists your potential customers in identifying you as a solution provider to meet their need.
Question: Are you and your signature products identifiable in your marketing efforts?
Tip 2: Consistency in all your efforts.
Wisdom: Too often businesses get far too creative and don’t keep their lingo, images, and/or lay-out formats consistent.
Question: Are you all over the place or consistent? What can you do make your customer feel you aren’t the “jack of all trades” and you do actually offer a particular expertise that they simply cannot live without?
Tip 3: Make it easy for your people to engage as a customer.
Wisdom: When social media came along, they really perfected this. Social media experts share that the fewer clicks a customer has to make the better.
Question: Is your “becoming a customer” or “purchasing” process complicated or worse yet, elusive?
