Business Strategies & Tips for Next Week!

Business Strategy: Serve with Purpose by Maggie Mongan, Business Rescue Coach of Brilliant Breakthroughs, Inc.
Serving with Purpose

Here’s your one Business Strategy:

People want to work for a cause, not just for a living.”

~C. William Pollard, Chairman of The ServiceMaster Company
and author of The Soul of the Firm

Application of this Business Strategy for YOU:

Regardless if you are a Business Leader of your own business or a large organization, this business strategy applies to you! Let’s look at this for just a moment this week. Perhaps a little everyday…

Do you work for a living or for a cause?

Learning this answer with either shake you up and move you into right action (to get you to serving a cause) or it will congratulate your efforts on finding your cause. Either way, both are great! Why? If you’ve lost sight as to what you are doing and why you are doing what you are – well, you have lost sight of your purpose and this will help you find it or another cause or purpose to motivate you again. If you are already doing this, take a moment to re-ignite the flame you have for your cause, which is the purpose as to why your business or professional life exists.

Caution: Don’t under-mind the significance of the simplistic concept! This is what keeps people going when the going gets tough… when they (we) hold the vision of how their work serves others, all workers are motivated to push through and move beyond obstacles.

I know it might not seem like a business strategy, but it is as it shows up in productivity levels and the business’s overall organizational success!

Here’s Some Quotes of Purpose for Your Business Strategies…

The biggest mistake that you can make is to believe that you are working for somebody else…The driving force of a career must come from the individual. 1. I was just reminded of this recently. I wanted to add this: By sharing your greater vision with your family, friends and associates, you may receive support from them for that bigger vision. They may not be your clients, but they will be your supporters and help find clients for you and more supporters as well.
    Many blessings!
