Too often Small Business Owners (SBOs) get buried in the weeds of the work instead of understanding why they are performing a certain task. Customer Attraction is no different.

Once you’re clear why you are doing attraction activities, you’ll know how to guide YOUR Potential Customers to the outcome you’d like them to take.

Customer Engagement TIP:

Remember: Keep a balanced approach of Hi-tech and Hi-touch.

As you invite the 3% who are ready to purchase now – approach them in both manners.

Then do the same with the other 97% that you’ll be courting until they’re ready to fall in love with you and buy!

Customer Conversion Reality Check:

Did you create YOUR Business because you have solutions for YOUR Customers?

Sure you did.

Stop hiding from YOUR Customers!

Show up and give them what they need to get relief. Quit short-changing them!

Customer Servicing Alignment:

Customer Servicing is all about delivering on YOUR Promise and wowing YOUR Customer.

Are you telling them one thing of what you’ll provide and then delivering it in a mediocre fashion?

Worse yet, are you not delivering what you promised?

Too often SBOs deliver something completely different than what their customers were promised and want.

Customer Referrals Caution:

“Customer praise” is NOT a referral!

Why? The customer who is praising online, isn’t able to converse with YOUR Potential Customer.

Thus, they aren’t able to persuade them to reach out to you. Get true referrals to supplement the online praising.
